Just a quick note on a man who will be missed. As many of you may know Tim Russert died today at the age of 58. As a faithful watcher of ‘Meet the Press,’ I thought Russert was one of the best interviewers I had ever seen. He was remarkable at piercing the facades that politicians tried to set up to maintain their image. As this election season heated up, he was able to present stories and keep a discussion flowing amongst the bickering that sometimes filled the ‘Meet the Press’ studio. He was a great moderator and well respected, he will be missed.
